Screenshots and videos seem to be an essential part of the Support process now @Munster and I agree with you that no one plays, or thinks like that.
Personally I always take a screenshot of my gold and inventory at the end of a day. This way I can keep track of booster additions and the like.
If you received the 'Connection Issue: Please restart or try again' message then King will undoubtedly just try to blame your internet connection for the issue. How they can get away with this when the game is clearly showing a server notification is beyond me
I had only the screenshot after when I got the connection notice to restart the game… seriously, who would take a screenshot of the game they were playing thinking that when they played, the game would go crazy on us
Unfortunately @Munster what you describe has happened to a lot of people. All you can do is contact King Player Support to see if they will add the missing gold bars to your game. You will need screenshots of before and after you completed the Episode Race as evidence.
