Classic Chocolate Box bug

So I could not play Candy Crush for the past 3 days because the screen with the chocolate box challenge would pop up when the game loaded, but there was no "X", "Play" or "Continue" button to get out of that screen and go to the levels. I asked for help, but nobody answered, so I had to wait for the event to end to be able toplay. This morning, everything was back to normal and I could play whithout problems. There was a new Classic Chocolate box, but the "Play" button was there. I tried to play again in the afternoon and the problem is back! No way to get out of that screen. I reloaded the game many times and it does not work. Can somebody help this time? If I have to wait 3 days to play the game everytime, I might as well not play anymore!

    I've been playing for 7 years and I've never encountered a screen like this. I hope it returns to its former state or someone else comes along to help, I'm sorry for you.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Chocolate Box! In your question, you mentioned that you asked for help, but you did not receive an answer! Did you ask a question here in the Community or did you send a complaint to the King Player Support team?


    By looking at your screenshot, it looks like you are playing on a computer - Facebook browser version! Did I get that right?

    Yes, I am playing on Facebook. I have been playing Candy Crush on FB for the, at least, 10 years and never had this type of problem. But I've seen in the Community that other players have the same issue. I hope is fixed soon, so we can play again.

    If you have posted a question in this Community, we might have missed that! So sorry about that🙃

    But, if you sent the complaint to the King Player Support team — you might have received an automated email from them, right? You will have to send a reply through that email and explain the issue with more details. And, also attach above screenshot (a few screenshots) for their reference. Then, an agent should be contacting you within 72 hours (the usual wait)!

    Yes, you are right! You are not alone with the Chocolate Box glitch! But, I feel that the glitch in your game is a little different as up until now, I do not remember seeing that 0/0, and the inability to get out of that screen🤔

    Did you try to clear Cookies, browsing history, etc., etc.? If not, can you please try that and see if the issues is temporarily resolved?
