Piggy bank problems

my piggy bank is full, but whenever I try to unlock it I get an error message saying ‘ooops, something went wrong.’ If I try to purchase from the store it says purchase unsuccessful, no money was removed from your account. Can you please help me with this?

Hi Mfuj21, I believe there is a glitch with the piggy bank. Try to follow the steps from here since purchases cannot be handled on this site.
