Why can't I select and use them?
Coconut wheels can only be used as a pre level booster on some levels that have gummi dragons. They can not be used at any other time. You would need to see this option as a third booster on this screen:
On other levels the fish or the lucky candy is the third option, so coconut wheels cannot be used on those levels. The fish boosters are also selected on this pre level screen, not from your inventory. The purpose of the inventory is to buy and keep track of boosters, not to deploy them.
I suggest you take another look at the screenshot and notice that I have 2 coconut wheels also

As per your screenshot, your game has a single Fish booster and no other boosters are available! You can use Jelly fish in selected levels.
If the screen (where you click on Play) does not show the Fish booster, then, you cannot use it in that particular level!

Just click the booster you need to use before the start or retry of the level you're playing and the booster will be available for use

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
