Game freezes in iPhone 11 iOS 17.5.1 10GB free space

created a post in discussions but probably more appropriate here

Hi! I was playing fine until going back to the map from a passed level, the screen is blocked and I can’t play. I tried to log off and log on again but the issue persists. Deleting the app from the device and loading it again solves the issue temporarily because after playing for just a few minutes the screen freezes again. Screenshot attached. Please advise. Thanks

Yes I do have one, iPad Pro, iOS 16.7.8, downloaded the game, conected it with my FB profile and I was playing ok until just now, the horrible grey screen problem again. It didn’t happen before this new release, as a developer myself all points to this last version. Good luck to the IT team debugging it and hopefully finding the problem and the solution soon.

I am so sorry to hear that you have deleted the game! Unfortunately, this "Grey screen" issue won't be resolved with the reinstallation!!

We did receive few complaints about this issue! Usually, this Grey screen issue gets resolved on it's own! For some players - it took a day or two! For some players, it took a week! Hopefully, your game will work again soon🤞

But, let's wait and see what QueenB says😊

My Game Id is 1431325990 and the game app version is the last one 1.285.0.1, as I tried to fix the issue uninstalling and installing the app again (losing all the events I had).
