hello ive tried everything,its still taking ages to actually connect and load, then when it finally does I still cannot connect to the app store, and for days the daily treat wheel not showin up

Hello thank you for getting back to me about my unable to connect, I definalty have internetconnection, as i have manage to play levels, but not able to connect to the app store, plus ive not been able to get my daily bonus either
