@PummyRaj I've posted an explanation - Hope it helped. I've also reported to King support, but only got a generic answer and was no help. I haven't asked for any lives now from friends "direct", and I'm down to a minimum. Wondering if I am now soon not be able to play since I get no lives from friends. I only accumulate whatever I get from the game itself.
@PummyRaj Thanks for looking into this. I will try to explain Ingame - While playing and running out of lives, requests not recognised by the looks of it.
But, When I request from the "friends screen" I receive approximately what I request….. (next screenshot)
I basically have to spend an hour every day requesting lives from each individual friend to be able to receive lives.

I'm not receiving lives either ……… Win10, Laptop. - If I request lives directly from a person, I might receive some, but requesting in the game itself , there's no lives to be found
