Can you please tell me which device you are using and how long have you been experiencing this issue?
Do you see any error message when you try to log into the game? If so, can you show me a screenshot of that error message?

I had 75 gold bars that suddenly disappeared and I know I only have six.

I have two issues. The first is that ads used to appear before, and I would get one or more extra attempts to play from them. The second is that my friends do not appear in the inbox, and I do not receive any help from them.
