You just have to replay 3 different levels, that includes 1 hard level. For example, you have to play 1 Jelly level, 1 Gummy Dragon level, and one level with collect the orders or clear path for rapids, etc., etc.,
You can play any level from 101 and above! If you have just started playing Candy Crush Saga and still in level 50, etc., you cannot participate in this contest!!

I'm sorry for posting them in one comment when you asked for them in separate posts.☹️ It doesn't happen all the time and it's not always in every game. I've had big problems with it in Friends in the past.
I was posting entries for a contest and didn't catch the little note on the bottom. The note is small, on the bottom where I'm not usually looking and disappears fast. I don't know if there's a way to check and see if any of our posts are waiting for approval.
When it happens is random. I've had problems with it in Friends but didn't when I posted in CCS or CCSS. I found that strange. Thanks @PummyRaj.😊
