In these early levels the game will allow you to pass eventually. To pass legendary levels make the first move the game suggests. Then make every move you see that will match 4 or 5 candies to make a striped or wrapped candy or a colour bomb. If you see no such chance you will fail (the level is fixed and set to make your fail). If there are chances to make special candies try to align them to make a combo with them, such as a colour bomb/stripe or stripe/wrap match. As seen in the video with the fish dispensers there will also be chances to make a fish/colour bomb or fish/wrap combo. These will help clear much of the blockers. Check your game for chances like those seen in the video above. If you get such chances the game is trying to help you, so be careful to take advantage of this.
