Good morning I'm stuck at level 5911 after purchasing 125 extra moves. the dinosaur got stuck.
It is impossible to pass the level. It's not right.
I saw a video where someone beat it but they had 18 moves and I only have 15 moves. Bummer. I’ll just keep trying, but I am not spending money. Seems like this will be a luck level. This keeps happening so I don’t play as often as I used to.
This level is ridiculous!! It's a only pass if you spend money level and I have no money to spend. One would think the admins would rather keep players and keep the game going than lose everyone

Which device are you using?
I am sorry to hear that the Gummy Dragon is stuck in the odd place and there is no way for it to come out!! Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to resolve this except for quitting the level -- closing the game -- restarting the device!
Since you lost the level, I think those extra moves you have earned will be saved and will appear in your next trial (I am not very sure as I do not have this feature)!
With regards to your lost Gold Bars, please contact the Player Support team and request for reimbursement. If you need help with this, please let me know.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
