Are you trying to change the profile picture in this King Community or in your game?
If it is the game, are you logged in with Facebook or King account? When you click on "My account" tab, do you see a camera icon just below to your current profile pic (as shown below)
If you do not see the camera icon, it is a recent change that was brought in by King. Unless you are logged into the game with Facebook, it is not possible for you to change the profile now.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
