You still haven't said what level you are on @kdies are you really a player or do you work for King or maybe a bot. Only asking as any player past 10000 would never have thought to report a helpful temporary glitch like that. Funny how King remidied it within days but can't solve any other glitches that have been floating about for a year or more. So what level are you on, are you above 2000?
I'm not sure about this analysis @SubstitutePyrolight . In fact I think a lot of players used to spend money on the gold pass because of the Season pass glitch. I wondered if King were deliberately ignoring it because it was making them money from players who would otherwise spend nothing at all. It will be interesting to see how many of my friends at the top of the game will stop playing soon because they have run out of gold. There is no way all those players taking advantage of glitches would ever spend money on the game instead. They'll find something more fun to do than grind through one level in two weeks.
Not sure if I am in the right place.
I was playing the Event for passing a bunch of levels on your first try (top Tier) for the possibility of winning 1500 gold bars competing against 99 other players to complete 20 or 25 levels (I think, I can't see this event in my event tabs ant longer) I was one level away on 10,934. On that level after I opened it, I was booted out! Before I had made any moves a banner came up and basically said "sorry! there are no more possible moves". Why did this happen???? How is that possible? So I lost out in the contest and am starting at the bottom tier the next time around.
Hello @wendygrieb . You probably would have been better opening a new discussion or better a question in the support forum with this, as it does not relate to the glitch discussed in this thread.
But I have found your post so I will try to answer you here:
What happened to you is one of the most horrible and unfair occurrences in the game: Because you were doing so well you had lots of win streak boosters and you may also have played starting boosters and these blocked the few possible moves on the opening board causing an instant fail.
This is a problem that needs addressing and this level should be reported so that starting and win streak boosters are disabled for this level. I will try to tag @FluffyDinosaur here and explain what happened:
This is the level. It is possible to play all three starting boosters, including a colour bomb and a coconut wheel.
This is the starting board.
As you can see there are only green candies. If a coconut wheel and a colour bomb were to be placed on this board to replace the candies in the middle row there will be no possible move and this will cause an instant fail. There is a top win streak that automatically adds two colour bombs to our starting board. On a board like this if there are three colour bombs and a coconut wheel replacing the green candies no amount of reshuffling can create a possible move and any player will automatically fail. Please could this level be reported as starting and win streak boosters need to be disabled for it. Is there any chance of Wendy receiving some compensation as this is an error caused by a faulty level and being kicked out of Candy Royale like this is really unfair @FluffyDinosaur ?
