Lost my progress... Please help

I made up to 7272 level facebook synced account . Recently my son bought a new mobile for me and I started playing in my new mobile without creating an account and made up to 321 level. Then, when I decided to sync my old account and tried to log in syncing with facebook I just ended up to syncing my new phone account which is 321 level... All these years I made up to 7272 level and all of a sudden I lost my progress... Please kindly let me know is there anyway to recover my progress where I left off... Please help...!

Hello @Uma1955 Welcome to the community! I think that Player Support may be able to rectify this for you. I found myself in a similar situation about a year ago and found them helpful in the matter. The best way to contact them is via the app. Go into settings (the small pink cogwheel top right on the map screen) then click on the ? icon. Then scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Choose the option that best fits your problem and state your issue. The first reply you receive will be automated but this should be followed up by a proper reply within 72 hours. If you find the answer not helpful then reply to their email until you get the help you need.
