You usually find this out by accident when something weird starts happening in your game. In my case, I stumbled across two levels that were marked as 'Normal', but they turned out to be ridiculously hard. I went to check for videos and the boards shown in them were different. After reviewing other videos for that episode, I discovered that all levels in my game were placed in a different order.
Don't rely on the labeling of levels while they run this test on us. A 'regular' level can actually be Nightmarishly Hard, and a level labeled as 'Legendary' can turn out to be a regular level.

You and I are part of the test group that has levels above 12,000 arranged in a different order.
This board is actually level 12202 for most people.
I found a video that managed to pass this level in 25 moves. It illustrates what a lucky board for this level might look like. Basically, in addition to a couple of well-placed combos, such as srtiped and warped in this case, you need to get very lucky with cascades. Matching the color bombs that drop in the outer columns with the color next to them is a way to get more cascading.
Hopefully you'll have as much luck as that player did and pass this level soon!
