Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, there are multiple ways to earn Gold Bars in this game⬇️

By playing new levels, you can earn Gold Bars in Episode Race and Candy Royale when available;
From the Golden Chocolate Box - you can earn 10 to 30 Gold bars, depending on the version you have;
From events like Pot of Gold and Bash for Bars - you can earn 30 to 50 Gold Bars;
Some players receive a special event called "Gold Rush" — you play certain number of new levels and you can earn that many number of gold bars;
Through the contests we run in this King Community.

Hello @andrealanda thats very well, then you will have to win the race. Once you win you will get gold bars. So keep playing and try to win the all episode in game.
