Why can't I make purchases for Candy Crush Saga on Facebook?

This also happened to me a few weeks ago. I got that message for small purchases but if I selected larger purchases it worked (odd???). But today, not even larger purchases work.

Candy Shop has not allowed purchases in over 4 days. It shows my credit card info but immediately says there is a problem. It does not allow any other activity. What is the problem?
