Hello @Jeanne16 Welcome to King Community. Have you used your facebook account in your game? I meant did you use same account for your game and facebook, if so then it shouldn't be happened. Please check back again to see if they are updated or not. Sometimes it might take sometimes to update the game progress. So please check back again after sometimes. Thanks
