I just ad a glitch in the level I was on it would not let me do anything except close out and I lost everything I had almost 200 win streak and lost it all can it be restored

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! From your screenshot, it looks like you are experiencing a "striped candy cascade loop" glitch!! Did I get that right?
Unfortunately, when we are stuck with this kind of glitch, there is nothing we can do, but quit the level and restart the device and play the level again! And yes! We will lose our hard earned win-streak due to this glitch😕 These are one time glitches that are affecting some levels!!
If you get this glitch even after you replay the level, please let me know as I have to report it.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
