Hi @andreajesus Welcome to the Community 🤗 What level are you on now and have you ever had adverts in your game? King decide who gets adverts and when, they give them and they take them away. Another reason for not getting adverts is if you spend real money to buy something in the game. So if you've never spent any real money 🤞you will get adverts at some stage. If you have anymore questions or need help with your game please ask, and someone will try and help 😉

Hi @Delfante Welcome to the Community 🤗 Seems like you're having a problem with the Shein advert. We are all payers like yourself in the Community so unable to actually help with this problem. @PummyRaj what is the best way to report a problematic advert, is it direct to Player Support or is there another way. Must say I've had adverts freezing my screen before but just closed the app and reopened, so would be helpful to know for answering other likewise posts 🙃
