trying to log in to save my progress and all i get is not connected to the internet! Everything else works fine on my phone
This is what i get! Im on apple iPhone. I get it when i try to log in to save my progress and the shop just won’t load.

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? Are you using an Apple phone or Android phone?
The Connection error you are experiencing - is it for logging into the game itself or to the Candy Store, where we buy extra moves, etc.,?
If you see an error message, can you show me a screenshot of that pop-up?
