Best value offer: Too tempting?

I have a question: Do you all get this very tempting Best Value Offer in your games? I know that some of us never look at the Shop in the game, but I have done so because I'm starting to wonder if my game is harder than other players' games just because I have ads.
So I have started looking at what they do offer me to tempt me to change from ads to no ads:
Does everyone get this tempting an offer? Or is it only those of us who have never bought anything?

Based on previous posts on this subject it is clear that King tailors people's offers to suit their game play and spending habits.
It would appear from previous posts that the less you spend the better the offers seem to be. Conversely it appears that the more you spend the offers change to give you less for your money, or they get more expensive.
I imagine that because you have purchased a really cheap offer in the past to remove your adverts is the reason they seem to be tempting you with a Best Value offer that is cheaper and better than mine.
