Can you please check your Spam folder as well as Promotions folder? Most if the times, the password reset email is reaching to “Spam” folder for some reason!!

you may need to wait for an hour for the email to get delivered. that happened to me and it came like 45 min after it said it was sent

Are you trying to change the password for your game account?

If so, which device are you using? When you try to log into the game, do you see any error message? Can you please post a screenshot of that error message (please make sure to block your email address, etc.,).

There is no error message but it says that an email has sent into your Gmail account to reset tha password it does not show any error
