How to resolve the issue of sweet events coming soon message that is pending for weeks now?

Which device are you using to play the game? If you are using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?
Have you ever tried this step —> As soon as opening the game, replay an old level and lose it — now, go back the map screen and check your events. See if any of the events are back!

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
