My game is not letting me watch ad to get extra help. And not letting me get the extra help when passing levels and not losing. What is going on the Candy Crush Saga?

So don't be upset although ads are placed randomly for test purposes and if you are not getting/seeing ads in your game means you are not listed for the test list but don't worry you may will see ads in future. Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
