To get the milestone banner on your profile, please try below steps⬇️
(1) Replay level # 2000 and win it — do not skip and wait till the scoreboard comes up — go back to the Map screen and you should see the pop-up about Milestone banner;
(2) Make sure that you have checked the option to display your Milestone banner in "Settings" page. If you do not know how, please let me know.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
