i am playing from apps but the King orange screen comesvycomes to and then I get a message saying that the app keeps stopping, I have tried several games andbthand the same result, I have tried thethem obvouobvious trouble shooting, rebooted emtieemptied caches, reinstalled games several times, but the wonwon't load, they do load on my phone but I dont like playiplaying on my phone.
Hello @vmh25754 Welcome to King Community. Could you please check your chromebook is updated or not? You should use the latest version of browser for your chromebook and make sure no junk files are left out in your chromebook. Are you playing on chromebook through browser or you have downloaded the game anf playing from app? You could try to check your chromebook version and get the latest update for your system. Thanks

Every now and then, we have been receiving complaints from players about this Orange loading screen issue! As of now, the best solution would be to play the game on "browser" version!
And, I agree with you about the inconvenience to play on the phone!
If you are logged into the game with King (email) account but not Facebook, you will not be able to play the game on Facebook browser🤔
Are you logged into the game through Facebook or King account? Also, what other King Saga games are you playing?

Hi not sure if this message was meant for me or someone else who is having the same problem as myself. I have tried all the King games that you have in the Google Play Store and not one of them will allow me to play. I get the same orange screen as I do when trying to play Candy Crush Saga. The version of the app which I have on my chromebook is 1.287.0.1 also my chromebook is up to date. I have mentioned this before I am using the app which was downloaded through the Google Play Store.
