I just had the EXACT thing happen on level 10628 I won the level and the screen went bonkers. Weird fish things streaming across the board and coconut wheels just spinning in place. Had to shut out of game and lost EVERYTHING. R.

I can understand your frustration! I too would feel the same!
I will report this issue to the Community In-charge! If they ask for any further details when they come back tomorrow, I will get back to you.
But, I still need to know which version of Candy Crush Saga App do you have right now.

Please follow below steps on your iPad⬇️
- Open the "App Store";
- Click on "Search" (you should find it in bottom right corner -to far right end);
- In the "search" bar, enter the game name;
- Usually, you will see 2 pop-ups! One will say "Ad" (just ignore that);
- Click on the name of the other pop-up (do not click on "open" as it will take you to game);
- You will a screen with all the info of Candy Crush Saga;
- Scroll down a little and you will see "What's New";
- Over there to your right end, you will see version number.

Can you please try level # 10628 again and see if you get those weird animations?
