De base on m' avait donner 25 lingots d'or et à côté une offre qui me proposait de regarder une pub et je gagner 5 lingots de plus j' ai accepter l'offre puis surprise m'ont jeu à crash et l'offre est parti pouver vous m'expliquez.

I am sorry to hear that you lost the Gold Bars because the Ad crashed😕
Did you receive your original 25 Gold bars or are they in pending too? If you did not receive the actual amount of GB as well, then, please try closing the App — restarting the device and reopening the App. You should see the pop-up about the Gold Bars (if lucky, for the Bonus Gold bars as well)!
If you didn't receive either of the Gold Bars, you will have to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint about your missing Gold Bars.
If it just the Bonus Gold Bars that you did not receive, for that also, I would suggest you to contact the Player Support team (with different steps). Please let me know if you need assistance with sending your complaint.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
