To remove a card/change payment information, please follow below steps depending on the device you are using⬇️

🤖 Android device

* On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
* Tap Menu > Account.
* Tap Payment methods > More payment settings.
* If prompted, sign in to pay.google.com.
* In your browser, tap Menu > Payment methods.
* Under the payment method, you want to edit, tap Edit.
* Make your updates and tap Update.

🍏 Apple device

* Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store;
* Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in;
* Tap Payment Information, then change or remove your information;
* To remove the payment method, select None.  If you don't see None or can't select it, get help from Apple using —> THIS Link;

* Note: Make sure your name and billing address exactly match the information on file with your financial institution. Then tap Done.
* If you change your payment method to a credit or debit card, you might see a temporary authorization hold.  If that happens, please check —> This link
