Level 1
I was playing the level 3641 and accomplished the goal, which was catching all the gummy dragons. I did it with the last move, but the game didn’t recognise this and said I lost, thus offering me to pay gold bars to continue. I ”gave up” on the level, and then lost all my streaks with the boosts as well as my rank in the gold bar races. I had even used my gold bars on the previous levels just to keep them going, only for them to ens because the game lagged. I tried to contact customer service but never got an actual answer — I’d like to get back on my streaks and I’m tired of the game causing me this as it is not the first time. My game was up to date as well. What is there to do?
Oh and I forgot to add that I have a screenshot of the end view, where you can see the task is accomplished and the game doesn’t recognise this. Does this common have any ”admins” from King? And if not, how can I contact them since my emails were only answered with an automated reply to come and ask here?
Hello @Lotta_Männistö and welcome to the Community! This sounds serious and I feel sorry for you. You could show us that screenshot. There are a lot of experienced players on this Community, maybe one of them can help you. Have no idea in the meanwhile why King told you to go the Community with this problem. If the game doesn't perform the way it should and you have proof of that, they should at least react with their view of what might have happened. I really hope that one of us can shed some light on it.

It's good that you took a screenshot, you need to reply through the automated email they sent you and add the screenshot as well. Make sure you do your reply at the top of their email, nothings straightforward or quick but hopefully you will get the right response from them. Good luck and let us know how you get on 🤞
I knew the answer to that @Storm15 as I have contacted Player Support many times over the years, but it doesn't get any easier. It's not difficult to contact them but the automated reply is confusing. Think that's done because they get so many emails and hope that by redirecting them to the Community their question/problem can be answered, which a lot of the times it can. But after replying to the automated reply, Player Support should send another email answering. Again that doesn't always happen so persistence is the only way.
