Level 5267 technical issue

When I was playing the level 5267, there was technical glitch.
In the level 5267, the gummy dragon can not come where the candies are there. But I don't know how the dragon entered. Because of that I lost the level and also I lost the in game progress.
Kindly explain how the gummy dragon can enter the actual playing area and if it is a technical glitch then please resolve it and my in game progress also.

Hi @shubhamtagpere Welcome to the Community π€ Hopefully you've already replayed the level and passed. But if not, I went back and played that level and passed first time. The columns at the left or right need to be cleared as well for the gummy dragon to exit. If you have any more questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help. Please let us know how you get on π

I have played it a few more times now @shubhamtagpere just to see, and yes you are right it happens so quick you can't see how the gummy dragon drops in the middle. But it still doesn't stop the level from being completed. I don't think it's a technical glitch, I think it's just how King programme levels to make them more challenging. I have seen the same kind of thing happen in other levels, where the formation is different and it certainly makes you think more on what you need to do. I take it you have played this level a few times, have you? And did you find on some tries the gummy dragons all just went down the side columns? Hope you've now passed it and a few more π
