Did anyone else qualify in the first knockouts but when second chance was qualifying didn’t play much and got kicked out of the tournament because of it?
I was on vacation during the second chance so I didn’t spend much time on the game and when I logged back in, it kicked me out. And now they’re doing second knockouts and I’m still not able to try to qualify for it.

If you did win and qualified for the next round in First Knockouts, then you should be playing the 2nd Knockouts. The Second Chance round is for those players that did not win the First Knockout round!
First, please make sure that you have the latest version of the App. That will help with removing any kind of glitches in the game.
Did you try to play levels that have Orange candies? What happens when you are about to lose that level? Do you see any pop-up that shows you are losing certain number of Orange candies? If you didn't notice, can you please play a level that has Orange candies and try to lose it? Then, take a screenshot and post it here.

I did qualify but unfortunately did not screenshot it when I qualified because I didn’t think to, but I know I was at least 100k orange candies more than the second place qualifier when it finished under the first knockouts. It wasn’t until a few days later after the second chance finished and I logged in and it said that I didn’t make it during second chance. I thought it was odd since I knew I qualified and so I didn’t play much at all during second chance. My game is up to date as well. Here’s screenshots showing orange candies that you asked for and the level I lost showing I lost the level.
