If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ next to the password field when you log in.
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and access your account again.
Forgot the password function or reset link doesn’t work?
In case the reset password link doesn’t work, if you have entered your email incorrectly on your account or because of any other reason are not able to reset your password.
You can then reset the password by contacting our Player Support instead HERE

In your opening post, you said you were talking to someone who were trying to help you with the issue! May I know “where” you were talking? On Facebook platform OR in this King Community or somewhere else?
Did you forgot to the log-in details for both accounts?

I can log into the one which is level 11but not the one that's on level 3632

He was talking to me! He contacted me on my website and I've been trying to help him. He wrote to customer service and that is never of any help. You need to go back to the old system where a CM was able to get into an account and bring back the progress. I'm almost positive that his account is connected with his wife's account. When he tries to log in it takes him to her game. I've seen this happen many times in the past and a new email was created and then the CM went into the account with the user ID # and brought the progress back. @QueenB can you please handle this like it was done in the old days? His user ID # is …………..

Dave if you can log into your game that is at level 11 please get the user ID # as I mentioned to you and post it here. Then perhaps the CM can go into that account and get that progress back. So the one that you logged into is not your wife's account?
