Level 2
I have posted this issue before. There is a player who suddenly shows up on the podium with 14-15 thousand wins, in the number one spot. They seem to changer their name but image is the same. Previously 777777, this week Mohamed. Makes me so mad. Can we get this player booted please)
It's hard to know. I remember one person posting here once because she noted her own score was through the roof and could not understand how that could have happened, so yes there is a glitch in the systems somewhere. I do think account merging is involved, but I agree that alone cannot explain some of the scores in the tens of thousands. It could be an accident or a glitch and not malicious, I agree with you. I'm not sure even King understand what is going on with these level counts in the tens of thousands.
Hello @Darlene_Howell 🤗 A Warm Welcome back to the King Community!
I looked at your profile and your previous question was posted in Candy Crush Soda Saga area!
Hence, I would like to make sure about which game you are playing! Is it the Candy Crush Saga - you are experiencing this glitch OR Candy Soda Saga?

This is a recurring error that has been reported on numerous occasions in the forums here. I am not sure how these impossible scores show up, it may be players who try to use certain methods to win leaderboard events that aren't as intended by the game, such as those that involve merging several accounts.
Whatever the reason, King still put these nonsense players into our weekly race. If it is someone on your friends list, make sure you unfriend them. In fact I think King are aware of this problem, which may be why they recently brought in that players in second or third place can still win the big three week prize.
The event is flawed, but it's only one of many events that we gain boosters, so it's best to ignore it and hope the cheater won't be put into our race next week. In fact the more levels we pass ourselves the harder the opposition in our weekly race they pick. Look what happened to my weekly race after I took a holiday break for a week of not playing:
They have paired me up with others who hardly play!
@christinewupp I really find it hard to believe these people are cheating. It just doesn't seem logical to have such a high score or high amount of levels played. If I were to cheat I would make my info within reason to not bring attention to myself. I truly think it's a glitch within king.

I highly doubt a player would risk permanently being banned to claim a few extra boosters. And 47,000 levels in a week, obviously excessive. And for the conspiracy theorists…if it was a bot planted by King....47,000 levels....that would be excessive. So ultimately I view it as a technical error.
