    Thanks, the feature is definitely there and it works fine in terms of achieving it after 10 levels, it's just it immediately vanishes after a single attempt once it has been achieved. This has happened at least five times in the last few weeks.

    I beat 5 levels on my first try and the super color bomb charger is staying at zero! Please help!

    Thank you for report it . in the meantime Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. and if not works . please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

    today i have play 10 games with golden crown, and always de games ask voor playing for de special ball !!! I think there is something wrong with the game because i am entitled for the ball

    I’ve passed more than 20 levels in a row and this color bomb still won’t activate. It says I have zero crowns…. ?

    I’m also happened this, it reappears every time I pass levels. Press the start button and it does nothing

    I have won numerous rounds since the update on 11/10/2024 but there's no change to the Super Colour Bomb count which remains at 0. Simply keeps asking me if I want to play which, of course, I confirm. Something wrong your end I think.
