is there an alternative way to contact customer service apart from their contact us form?
I initially contacted customer services on the 5th of Oct i relation to restarting my game to level 1 and got a lovely reply, I followed up with some questions/clarifications and heard nothing back, then a few days later I got a reply saying they were closing my case as I hadn’t replied, so I replied to that email and got a reply saying the opposite of what the first person had written.
Since then they keep sending me messages saying they can’t “see” my replies although they are obviously replying to my replies 😂😂
it is clear that resetting back to level 1 is not something they want me to do, but I assure you I am adult enough to make my own ugly decisions 😂
is there another way of contacting someone who can actually help?
for note I have never had a problem like this in the 9 years I have been playing

Cheers Pummy! My game ID is 1058194743. For note - based on advise from users on here, I am now looking to create a new account (thus starting at 1) and moving across boosters/gold bars from old to new account
I would suggest you to wait for 3 more days (till Tuesday)🙏
If I cannot be of much help, then, I would encourage you to create a new account and follow the steps that our friends have suggested!

Thanks but it’s getting a hold of them which is the issue… I also seem to be blocked from creating a new ticket. I am really just wanting confirmation from them that they would be willing to transfer over boosters/gold bars
I understand! But, I am not asking you to contact the Player Support team😉
The Community In-charge team are King employees, but not part of "Player Support" team. Once the Community Managers comes back on Monday and seek their assistance.
Since you have already provided the ticket number and your ID number, it will be easy for the CM to assist you🙏
Would be great to have that option in community, message a more personalized support but not have to post it publicly. I've got a major concern, likely being handled, but the vagueness of normal Player Support is at times unsettling. Then if you try to provide additional information on the subject, you're forwarded to an alternative support agent that passes by the additional evidence and gives you the generic response since they have no clue what you're talking about :/ or are all your emails automatically in one file and they don't have time to read it? Wish I had one person to actually talk to, instead I feel like I'm casting messages in a bottle into the ocean.

Definitely! Or at least provide more than 200 or so letters to explain the problem. I always end up running out of words!
