Unfortunately we are all just players here and cannot check your game. None of us know who you are. For King to help you they would need to know who you are. The best way to contact King is to go through the game because from within the game they automatically have your details and Player ID. Go into Settings in the game (the small pink cogwheel top right on the map screen) then click on the ? icon. Scroll through all the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom, then use this to send them an email. Explain your problem concisely. Also please note that a lot of players are reporting problems with connecting to the game here, especially those using Facebook, so it might be useful to check other threads here as well.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
