We know it's frustrating that levels aren't counting, and we understand how important this contest is to all of you. The studio is actively working on it, but the fix is taking longer than expected due to some technical complexities.
Weโre sorry for the delay and will share any updates as soon as we hear more from the team. Thank you all for hanging in there with us, and please know that weโre doing everything we can to get this resolved for you.

Unfortunately, there is no change in the Weekly Contest glitch since the last time you have reported the issue. Your question was โ> HERE.
And, I have to give you the same answer as last time. But, there is one progress though! If you are playing the game on a mobile device, you can see that the issue is highlighted in game "Help Center"! I have requested for an update from our Community In-charge! Hopefully, we will have news soon๐ค
