I play both games as well, but I started playing those about 10 years back! At that time, Candy Crush Soda was the hard game for me! I had to pause it multiple times, whereas I won through Candy Crush levels easily!! It all depends on the "lucky" boards we get, I guess🤔

Hi @CandyKingWhiz welcome to the community! I play all of the king games. I personally find candy crush and candy crush soda to be fairly easy although I do get stuck on levels from time to time. I suggest that you log into each game daily to get any daily boosters offered. I find I do better when I have a large selection of boosters to use when I'm stuck. Candy crush soda has an in game team event where you bake a cake weekly to win many boosters. I suggest you join a team. Both games have several side games to play to get boosters.
In this wonderful community there are competitions and contests where you can win gold bars and boosters. I hope you decide to participate.

Play Candy Crush Saga In 2017, I left it until I completed my studies. I came back again in 2022 and started playing. Candy Crush Soda 2022
At the beginning of the game, I faced some difficulties, but with time I started to master it better and no level stopped me.
Practice It leads to mastery so take your time and play it cool.

Ohh wow, that’s interesting. I think the difficulty has definitely changed then. Rules such as being able to activate special candies like stripes, chocolates and sachets etc. by simply double tapping them without necessarily combining with relevant candies seems to make soda somewhat easier from my observation so far. And also the hints in soda are more spot on than those of saga.One has to get more technically creative with Candy Crush Saga, and even at that some levels can be almost impossible 😂

I recently started a new profile in CCS following a change in device which erased all my former profile booster stocks. I found that the difficulty in the game has shot up significantly over the last 18 months, and appears much much earlier on the Map than it used to.
I am a newer player in Soda that I started early this year. I found that the rise in difficulty is more gradual than in CCS, and tricky levels appear later on the Map. But there are some already around level 1000.
I hope you will manage to find the solution to pass level 138 in CCS. Sometimes playing the level over and over will at one point get you a good starting board. I hope it will be the case for you and that you will keep enjoying your games ! 🙂

I only play CCSaga and have never played Soda but yes, the difficulty has increased since the "legendary" levels were introduced last year. The boards are fixed so that some levels are easy to pass and then suddenly there is one which is impossible to pass on your first attempt, this starts at level 205 (watch out for levels ending in the digit 5). If you fail those levels the game won't let you pass it for a long, long time. They used to help us pass after a few tries but some levels you cannot realistically pass without certain boosters or paying gold bars. The way to play CCSaga is to collect as much gold as you can early on and then use the gold to bypass those impossible levels before your patience runs out. Some players report here that they get stuck on one level for days.
