pls can someone help with gold bars
Hi @HGevaerts Welcome to the Community π€ There seems to be a lot of players saying they haven't received their gold. The only thing you can do is contact King Player Support and ask them if they can have a look at your game to see why. When you contact King Player Support you always get an automated reply back, telling you to join and ask the Community. Unfortunately this isn't something anyone here can deal with as we are all payers like yourself. So when getting the automated reply you need to reply back to that explaining the situation again. It isn't a quick process as with the millions of players they obviously get a lot of emails. But it's certainly worth trying. Good luck and now you are in the Community it could be good to read and join in other posts where you may pick up a few tips and you may also be able to help others with their questions π
