Why don't my daily rewards come on before I start playing? Also Why does it take 27 minutes for a new life? By the time you get one your reward is gone.
I play Candy Jelly Crush , Candy Crush, Pet Rescue, and Farm Heroes. Both Candy games do not give me my daily rewards until I am done with the game and by then it is too late. In Farm Heroes I get the daily rewards but there are supposed to be more when I open it and it says recharging!! Both Crush and Jelly say I don't get more lives for 20 minutes or more. The other games it is like 3-4 minutes. To be more precise I will have to go in each of the games again. Thank your for helping with this..

I am not sure which game takes 27 minutes for a life to refill🤔 What do you mean by the daily reward does not come in before you start playing? The more details you provide, the better assistance I can be.

I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
