I am sorry! Did I offend you in anyway? You have answered above with correct points! Why do you want to be quiet? When I came here to post my comment, there were no replies! But, I saw your comment after I posted mine. That's the reason I gave "helpful" reaction!
I am pretty sure that the player must have received their purchased items! Otherwise, they usually open multiple questions (losing money is not something anybody can ignore, right?)!
I'm sorry for answering a question Pummy, I'll be quiet from now on. You're probably right though that contacting King or the Google/Apple app store support isn't correct. What should he do instead?

It has been few hours since you posted this issue! Are you still waiting for your items? If so, can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?

I would message King directly using support form in the app. If you used an app store I would contact them next. Lastly I would post this in the 'support' section of this site to get the best assistance.
