Where is the “spin the wheel for extra turns” gone? The only way to get extra goes is to buy them for 10 gold bricks on my game. My sister and nephew say they still have this function

Yes, I had it for 5 years. Now it's only a purchase function on the PC for me. For a few days now I have had the promotional video for an additional bonus spin on my mobile device. There are a few changes to the Extra Moves Wheel. Unfortunately, not everyone receives these changes immediately. Wait a little.
The watch ad for more moves and boosters has disappeared from my game. Very disappointed! Will it return?
One stupid purchase and all ad related things have disappeared!!!!! I’m going to delete the game!!! Because I spend way too much time on it anyway. Also you can bet your * I will NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME ON THIS GAME OR ANY GAME RELATED!!! SHAME ON YOU CANDY CRUSH!!!!

I too lost the ability to watch ads for free moves and boosters after a failed level immediately after making my first in app purchase. Not gonna lie, I'm so frustratedI'm seriously thinking of quitting this game.
Same has just happened to me after first ever purchase. NOT happy. I'm not seeing ANYONE say they have ever come back. When you have played & watched ads for YEARS it's NOT an improved experience without them

At the first purchase, all the ads disappeared from the two games, and so far they haven't come back, and after reading, I've given up hope.
I used to have this feature as well but lost it several months back...it feels like they are trying to make the game extremely difficult to play if we don't spend money on it...I am almost ready to quit after playing it for 10 years 😒
Nice reward for my first ever purchase and my loyalty king. Greed is what happened? Once I purchased you demand more becouse I'm not getting any ads for boosters or lives any more. Shame on you.
Yeah as soon as you purchase something the decent ad features for moves or boosters which are very helpful disappear forever (so far!). Hoping King sort this out but I doubt it. I tried their customer service and they spouted the same rubbish about things randomly coming and going, testing groups etc.. From the number of people that have had this issue, it’s just clearly lies they expect us to believe. I had the ads for the entire time I’ve played and made one purchase and never saw them again. So they punish loyalty? Great stuff King, game ruined, cheers.

After five years of playing the game I made my first purchase. I sorely regret it because all my bonus spins have disappeared. Is there any hope they will return? I have had them every day for a long time and now nothing.

Each feature of the game belongs to the test group, previously a large number of players were under this test but now the number is limited but you will not be disappointed because lots of new features are waiting for you.

So for 10 years, every single day, on every single device I was randomly chosen to get the spin wheel and suddenly 10 years and countless devices later, one day I am not? This is such crap. They are greedy. We don't spend enough on this game? They want more of our money?
The cinema had already disappeared several times for weeks or months. But it keeps coming back to me. And on the mobile device, the extra spin on a lost game came back as an advertising film.
I would be interested to hear from someone who lost this and got it back again (give me hope!). I’ve also lost sweet cinema, watch an ad for free booster and watch an add for an extra life when you run out.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
