Have you sent an email to Candy crush support team? My game froze after winning last level of the episode race 1595. I did not get my first place Episode Race and Alien Invasion Rewards. I had to request them. It took 2 1/2 days and 3-4 different "King Player Support" team members to give me all my rewards... Don't let them cheat you. I have no idea why it took so many people to get my just rewards. Any why they disappear from communications. May hours later, you get an email from a new support person. They help a little. Some just dicker with you like a sadist. Some treat you like your ignorant. Finally, a wonderful support person showed up and gave me all that was missing. Finding someone honest or smart or who knows how to research is not easy. At this moment, on another issue I have, King owes me 19 flying saucers from the Milestone Awards which give 2 boosters: a Color Bomband a UFO. I always get my Bomb, but I never get my UFOs. They have a glitch and they will not admit it. They give me a kiss off 99% of the time. But I got proof of there computer error. Nobody wants to address the issue. I have spent much money playing the game too. I find that kind of unprofessional behavior abusive. It lack ethics, moral & social responsibility to its earnest gamers. Every letter sent you always says they want you to have a wonderful gaming experience. How can that be when they are not fixing the issue or giving yiu proper compensation , giving yiu your rewards? It's not like those virtual toys hold any value, but it costs you real dollars. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem with King. The are a billion dollar company. What are 19 saucers to them? I wish I could talk to a Manager about this issue. One support person had the audacity to suggest that I probably had received the saucer but did Not notice it. I have received several ridiculous statements like that from them. The of the last people who popped up to help said i need to be in levels 1000, 2000, 3000 etc. I wrote her back saying she obviously gas failed to do any kind of research. If she had she would know I'm in thec1600's now. This is the kind of support you can expect from 90% of the King Player Support team. So, hang in there DON'T give up. You will find 1 in the top 10% who might actually do their job 100%. Good luck.
Note:
Yeah not all support agents are the same. But if you message too much, they will likely mute you. Keep records, message them screenshots dates and time. Try to do it all at once. And unfortunately it's just hard for them to keep up with supporting a game that has hundreds of millions of users. Many of which clutter the inbox with trivial issues that are already answered elsewhere.
