Golds could not be claimed, what can I do?

i should have 71 golds after playing tier 3, passed 21 levels. When it's time to claim the golds, it says "connection problems" and I could not claim my 21 golds!! And also my bomb chocolate has gone! what can I do?

    I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the Gold Bar rewards from one of Candy Royale tiers! You will have to contact the King Player Support team and request for your missing reward as missing rewards.

    ** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
    • Look for Candy Royale and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

    You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

    Hello @eyim Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about it. Unfortunately there is no way to get those gold bars back as its happened due to your Internet connection stability and it's not only happened with you there are other players including me also faced the same problem. Thanks
