I’m going to start helping newbie’s and am asking those who’ve been doing this longer than me to give me a few pointers you wish you knew first. I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi @Aroooo2U nice to hear from you again, that was quite a few months from your original question. I see Christine @christinewupp has kindly answered what you asked. You say you are stuck on a level and out of boosters. The best thing to do there is forget about trying to pass new levels for a week or 2 and just log in every day to send lives to friends, get the boosters from the Daily Treat Machine, Sweet Cinema and the Chocolate Box. Also if you get Seasons Pass and Don't feed the Troll play older levels to get and save the boosters. The silver and gold Chocolate Box give gold bars so hopefully you will get the boosters often needed for those from Seasons Pass and Don't feed the Troll. Stay in the Community and join in other posts, it's not easy to start with but gets better the more you do. Good luck with your game and hope to hear from you again 🤗

Hello @Aroooo2U and welcome from me, too. The newbie status refers to your status here in the community and is not related to your game of Candy Crush. To up your status write lots of posts and comments to other posts and also respond to other posts by using the "helpful" "sweet" or "love" icons at the bottom of their posts, appropriately of course. You will reach level 2 quite soon, but after that to level up in the community will take some time. Join in with the activities offered in the "Off Topic" thread and the contests, both can be found near the top of this page here. You will also get badges in this community for joining in with some of the "Announcement" thread marked in pink at the top of the Discussions page.
As for a signature, I think you will have to reach one of the higher levels in this community before you are given the chance to add a signature. I'm not sure if it's level 4 or 5. So keep on joining in and hope to see some more of you.
Sorry for all the questions @Carol-38 but can you tell me what level I have to achieve and move up and out of ‘newbie’ status? I’m currently stuck on level 2,926 and out of boosters. If you don’t know, maybe you could point me in the right direction in the community? Thanks! Leslie

Hi @Aroooo2U that's not really an easy one to answer, but I didn't want your post unanswered, so I will give you my thoughts. Remember that the majority, if not all of the newcomers to the Community, will be here because they contacted King Player Support with a problem concerning their game. Support then reply saying join King Community who will help you and answer your questions.
The most important thing is to make newcomers feel welcome and find out what they need help with. Also to let them know that we are all players as well and not working for King. Tell them how to use the forum, and to join in other posts, giving their opinions and experiences. Unfortunately many never bother to reply, whether that's because they just wanted an answer to their problem or because they find the forum confusing, we won't know.
You will probably also find many who will still need to be referred back to Player Support if it's to do with items they have paid for and not received.
Many in the Community have different skills, expertise and time and can answer some questions better than others. So if you don't know the answer either find out or leave it to someone else to give the answer.
