Game Still Freezing on Weekly Contest Reward
Hello Candy Crush Support Team,I previously reported an issue where my game freezes when I try to claim my Weekly Contest reward. I have followed the troubleshooting steps you recommended, but the problem still persists.
Here are the additional steps I have tried:
Checked for and installed any game updates
Tried switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Logged out of my account and logged back in
Ensured my device software is up to date
Attempted to play on another device
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I am still stuck on the reward screen, unable to proceed.
Could you please investigate this further or provide a solution? I have attached my previous screenshot for reference.

I have been playing this game for over 10 years and last night I won over 20 levels and only 12 showed. This isn’t right.
I just won 4 games in a row but didn’t get credit for them

I'm having the same issues. It's been going on for a couple of weeks.
Levels are still not counting. This has been going on for about two months. Either passing levels doesn't count on the scoreboard, or when a level is not passed it takes me back a level. When it's halfway working, it takes passing three levels to go up one on the scoreboard.

@QueenB That's not the only thing not counting. My "Current login streak" on the Player Card has displayed the same number for multiple days despite opening the game every day.
Could it be the game's counter system is broken all around?
Just won an entire race and the adventure path. And it did not add my levels it only added a few i was at 21 now I'm 25 it should be 36 . Still no answers 😕 😪????????

You used to win gold bars when you were the first to pass 15 levels Just wondering has anyone else had a problem on this. Or have they taken that away from us as well. As it is now you dont get anything for passing 15 levels

Are they working on a fix for this problem of the levels won not counting correctly. This is the 3rd week now of this problem carrying on. Do they now what whats happening. It should not take 3 weeks to sort a problem out

The weekly contest seems to be not adding my levels when I win. I emailed supporter said they are looking into it but nothing yet. You know how you pass 10 levels and get those special color bombs? Well I did and my level on the weekly contest stays the same. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Weekly contest still not adding won levels. I have been playing for years also on level 9000 + and never had too many issues until recently.
Now it minus a level when you lose this is not making sense. I just passed 5 levels on adventure path and another 2 it added a couple of levels then it stopped adding and when I lost it minused a level. Why is this happening??? No answers yet ???
It should not take this long to fix when we are spending money with you! I won 30 levels today and only showing 19! I should be top of the leaderboard but I’m not. Why would anyone make in-app purchases or even carry on playing if we cannot get our rewards?
