Can’t get on to the game.

When I log in the first screen is fine I click the play button to access the game and the game comes up but it’s greyed out and I can’t click on anything. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading and it works for 1 round then goes again. Any ideas?

    I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Grey Screen" issue in your game! It is not the issue with your device(s), but the game itself! Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch and the Studio cannot find the cause!

    We have been receiving frequent complaints about this but the glitch always gets resolved on it's own without doing anything by the player!

    For some players, it took a day or 2. And, for some players, it took a week (max)! Hopefully, it will be resolved soon in your game also! Please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives.

    I would recommend you report this issue to King Player Support team, so that they can record the issue in the system⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of game Home screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
    • Click on "Why is my game is crashing/Freezing";
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form and submit your complaint.

    Hopefully, the glitch will be resolved and you will be able to get back into the game soon🤞

    I’ve done that but it only works for one life then freezes again.
