I think you are talking about "Weekly Contest" - where all the levels we won in a week are added and the top 3 players will receive a prize! After 3 consecutive wins, we will be able to open a treasure box with bigger prizes! This is what you are experiencing issue, right?
If so, you are not alone! There are other players that are experiencing this glitch in their games as well. The Candy game team is aware about this issue and they are investigating it. You can read about it and also receive the update in this thread —> Weekly Contest levels not counting👈️
